What we do

Three categories, twelve trades.

Every one of these is either named on Sunny Days’ own service list or shown in one of their own photographs. Where a job needs more than one, the order is not negotiable: a wall before a patio, a footing before a wall, drainage before anything gets buried.

Why a new patio looks orange

The same slab, one wash apart.

Drag the handle. On the left, the antique release powder that stops the stamps sticking. On the right, the same patio once it had been washed off and sealed. Not a before and after: one afternoon, one slab.

The same patio after the release was washed off and the sealer went down, the surface now warm brown and gray with the stamp pattern reading as stone

Not only houses

A third of their photographs are job sites downtown.

Storefront sidewalk, curb and gutter, entrance aprons, ramp landings and loading dock pads, poured around open buildings and live sites. Their own listing says residential and commercial, and the photographs back it up.

A new concrete sidewalk panel poured flush into an existing walk beside an iron gate, with traffic cones standing on it and a parking bay beyond the curb
A fresh concrete entrance apron with a curved ramped edge laid at the doors of a glass-fronted building, a worker screeding at the far end
A long run of new sidewalk poured between timber forms beside a gravel lot, with a surveying level set up on it and a worker in hi-vis at the far end

Before you call

Draw it, or photograph it.

A concrete job is decided by things a phone call cannot see: how far the truck can get, which way the ground falls, what is already in the way. Two ways to get that across before anybody drives out.

  • Rough the shapes out on a plan and get real square footage back
  • Or send photographs from your phone and say what you want changed
  • Tell us the one thing that matters most, so the visit starts there

A broom-finished concrete walk poured the length of a house still in its building wrap, sitting on a gray block foundation

Selected work

What one customer wrote

5.0 from 3 reviews.

That is the whole of it. Three reviews, all five stars, and one of them has words on it. It is quoted here exactly as Google publishes it, under the name Google publishes, with the owner’s reply underneath.

“Great bunch of guys was there exactly when they said kept us in the loop the whole time an the end results were beyond anything we expected highly recommend”
Brian Condra, on Google, 2 months ago

Their reply: Thank you Brian for that wonderful review. We are glad to hear you are very pleased and that the crew was respectful, responsible, and reliable.

About Sunny Days

A new business, and plain about it.

Sunny Days Concrete and Masonry is a family-run business working out of Chattanooga, TN, on residential and commercial jobs. Their own words for what they are: “As a new business, we are fueled by passion and a deep commitment to our local community.”

There is no years-in-business figure on this site, no job count, no crew size and no award, because nothing on record would make any of those honest. What there is, is the work, photographed on the properties it was poured on, and one sentence they wrote themselves that is worth more than any of it: we leave every job site better than we found it.
